How To Use:
First, shake the bottle. To use as a Brushing Rinse, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, tilt your head back brush.
To use as a Pre-Rinse, and for optimal results, swish with a mouthful for 60 seconds, spit out follow with Steps 2 and 3 of : and . And, of course, you can use it any time as a Mouthwash.
